Once again we join with our movement across the nation in 21 Days of Prayer & Fasting!
To join in:
- Choose something/s to fast from for the whole 21 days (TV, chocolate, icecream, meat, coffee, bread, cheese…) Make it something you will notice and miss every day! Then when you miss it, turn that hunger towards God.
- Choose some days or meals to do a complete food fast (drink plenty of water though)
- Plan to devote time to prayer, bible study, worship, journalling, walking with God – something that will help you focus on God, to hear him.

This is not a hunger-strike, trying to twist God’s arm. It is about deliberately focussing yourself on God, developing hunger for His presence and seeking His will. It’s about alignment with Him!
