Empart started in 1998 with five people and the ambitious goal of transforming 100,000 communities in South Asia by 2030. There are now more than 25,000 communities established and over 7,700 workers serving and sharing! Approximately 1000 new leaders are trained and equipped each year, to develop schools, hostels, safe homes for street kids, build community toilets and provide village wells.
It is becoming more difficult to do this work in some Asian countries. Many organisations have been ordered to leave. Empart is still there but the work is dangerous & urgent. Please give generously & pray diligently!
